SLEEPING BAGS: SOFTSHELL RANGER

The Ranger sleeping bags are designed for maximum military utility. The sturdy design of these bags can stand up to almost any treatment they are likely to receive in the field. Consisting of 44D Micro Rip-Stop Nylon Tactel outer and liner, it is further reinforced with a 210D Nylon foot section to protect from boot abrasion. Contained within an extreme heavy-duty capped compression sack for added protection. Filled with Thermolite Extreme® insulation from the inventors of Kevlar and Nomax, you can be sure the bag will be up to your customer's expectations.

Thermolite Extreme® insulation is DuPont's high tech insulation for ultimate warmth. It is engineered with DuPont's patented tri-blend fibre technology to provide unsurpassed durability and warmth per weight. The filling also allows superior compression of the bag to minimise pack volume. Thermolite Extreme® is machine washable and is non-allergenic.

The bags themselves are designed with a heavy duty, anti-snag YKK central zip for ease of entrance and exit while wearing webbing. The zip is covered by a thermal baffle to reduce
heat loss through wind chill when using the bags in exposed areas. For added onvenience,the bag contains two easy access utility pouches built into the lining of the bag itself. To allow for maximum adaptability, the Ranger 1 and Ranger 2 can be used on their own or zipped
together to form a 5 Season bag for extreme cold weather use.
