With conventional halogen/krypton bulbs, 90% of the battery energy is converted to heat and only 10% is emitted as light. LED technology turns this on its head with most of the energy being converted to light - this means increased light output and extended battery life compared to conventional torch technology.

We are also pleased to announce our first range of torches that use the incredibly powerful Luxeon patented LED's Try the Hercules, Orion, Corvus or Sirius torches and we are sure you will be impressed.
